Renal Insufficiency can be caused by all various kind of Chronic Kidney
Disease. So many factors can cause Renal Insufficiency. The common factors which
causes Renal Insufficiency are as follows:
1. Kidney disease of Chronic Glomerulus Nephritis such as IgA Nephritis,
membrano-proliferative glomerulonephritis (MPGN), mesangial proliferative
glomerulonephtitis (MsPGN), etc.
2. metabolic disorder can causes kidney injury such as Diabetic Nephropathy,
Gouty Nephritis, Amyloidosis kidney disease.
3. Vascular nephropathy such as Hypertension, renal hypertension,the renal
arterial sclerosis, etc.
4. Genetic kidney disease such as Polycystic Kidney (PKD), Alport.
5. Nephropathy caused by infection such as chronic phelonephritis,
nephrotuberculosis.
6. Systemic disease such as Lupus Nephritis, multiple myeloma, etc.
7. Nephropathy caused by toxin such as kidney disease caused by painkillers,
heavy ,metal, etc.
8. Obstructive Nephropathy such as ureteral obstruction, reflux nephropathy,
lithangiuria, etc.
Attentions: it is better to treat any kind of kidney disease such as Renal
Insufficiency at the early stage, because it is much easier to repair damaged
kidney and improve renal function. When patients are at the stage of Renal
Insufficiency they should take positive treatment to delay the development of
the disease and protect renal function from further decline.
