Can Immunotherapy Treat IgA Nephropathy

There is some abnormality which is related to heredity of patients with IgA Nephropathy:

One, abnormal immunity function: when body is infected with bacteria or virus, lymphocyte within mucosa enters into marrow and activates bone marrow B cell to secrete more IgA antibodies. Then IgA antibodies, inflammatory cell and Cytokines together participate in activating the attack of IgA Nephropathy.
