There is some abnormality which is related to heredity of patients with IgA Nephropathy:
One, abnormal immunity function: when body is infected with bacteria or
virus, lymphocyte within mucosa enters into marrow and activates bone marrow B
cell to secrete more IgA antibodies. Then IgA antibodies, inflammatory cell and
Cytokines together participate in activating the attack of IgA Nephropathy.
Consequently, the process of the disease is a path from mucosa to marrow, which
finally leads to a disease of glomerulus mesangial cell(GMC).
Two, abnormal structure of IgA antibodies which activates signaling pathway
of mesangial cell and leads to cell matrix's expanding.
Three, abnormal IgA receptor: when abnormal IgA combines with its abnormal
receptor(defect of mucosa ), it will release Inflammatory mediators of TNF—a and
IL—6, which directly damages GMC.
Four, a genetic tendency of IgA Nephropathy: IgA Nephropathy is inherited by
incomplete dominant inheritance, which is a disease caused by various factors
and polygenes.
Five: abnormal Immunotherapy: abnormal Immunotherapy determines the
quantities and quality of abnormal IgA.
As a result of the abnormal immunity functions of patients, the combination
of abnormal IgA antibody and its receptor leads to renal fibrosis. Further more,
inflammatory reaction of renal fibrosis causes damage to mesangial cell and
destroys the glomerulus filtration barrier, which leads to occult blood, protein
in urine.If the treatment doesn't block the process of renal fibrosis and repair
