Henoch-Schonlein Purpura Nephritis is characterized as the damage of kidney
caused by Anaphylactoid Purpura, causes of which can be allergic reactions,such

Symptoms of digestive system:
The most common symptom of Henoch-Schonlein Purpura Nephritis is
gastrointestinal symptoms. Nearly all of patients are accompanied with
inappetence, abdominal distension, nausea, sickness, sour regurgitation,
belching and so on. Based on clinical researches, main symptoms of
gastrointestinal tract ulcer are slight sickness and melena, the incidence of
which has reached up to 18%~24%.
Symptoms of hematologic system: Uremia patients, carrying with renal anemia,
are accompanied with the tendency of mucocutaneous haemorrhage, symptoms of whom
are subcutaneous ecchymoses, gum haemorrhage, epistaxis and so on.
Symptoms of cardiovascular system: the incidence of patients who are
accompanied with Uremia and Renal Hypertension, takes up 80%~90%, symptoms among
them are headache and dizziness. Besides, serious patients are accompanied with
sickness, hyperspasmia. What’s more, the incidence of Uremic Pericarditis has
increased to 60%~100%, 30%~40% of which belong to pericardial effusion caused by

which takes up 64.3%.
Neuropsychiatric symptoms: the incidence of patients with neuropsychiatric

Respiratory system symptoms: the incidence of lung infection is 50%, most
