On August 8th, 2011, one Grecian female patients with Polycystic Kidney Disease (PKD) came to our hospital for treatment. for the first treatment, she
just adopted Micro-Chinese Medicine Osmotherapy. when she was discharged after
one month's treatment, she was so suprised that her kidney cysts have shrinked.
and here is her detail condition.
ADMITTING CONDITION: This patient came to our hospital on 18-8-2011. She has
suffered from Polycystic Kidney Disease for more than 5 years. She had clear
mind, spoke fluently during the routine body check in our hospital.
Physical Examination shows: two lungs breathe clear and there isn’t dry-moist
rale. The heart rate is 64 times per minute and has regular rhythm. The valve
auscultation area doesn’t have pathological sound. Left and right leg
asymmetric; the joints are not red and swelling; left side of body can not move
easily and lower left leg have slight swelling. Chaddock and Babinski of the
left side are positive. Right side doesn’t have pathological reflection. The
renal area does not fell pain when rapped.
Blood Test shows: HGB, 116g/l; WBC, 9.3*10^9/l; PLT, 285*10^9/l; NEUT, 48.0%.
Urine routine Test shows: PRO, -: GLU, -;BLD, -; WBC, 0-1/HPF;RBC, 1-3/HPF.
Blood biochemistry: Scr, 94umol/l; BUN, 8.7mmol/l; Uric, 355umol/l;BMG,
2.56mg/l; K, 4.0mmol/l; Ca, 2.24mmol/l; CO, 220.9mmol/l; 24UPR, 0.16/24h;
TPO-Ab, 198.50kIU/L. ECG shows normal. Chest radiograph shows: thorax is not
symmetry; lungs clear; heart border is a little bigger. UCG shows: the structure
and blood stream are normal. Bilateral kidneys ultrasound shows:
RK233*98mm，LK209*97mm. There are many cysts in kidney. The biggest in right
kidney is 53*43mm and left kidney is 33*36mm. abdomen ultrasound shows: PKD with
kidney stone. Thyroid color ultrasound shows: Thyroid has capsule and substance
lesions.
ADMITTING DIAGNOSIS: PKD; chronic renal insufficiency in compensatory period;
high blood pressure III; brain aneurysms postoperative; atroke sequela;
autoimmune thyroiditis; thyroid function decline.
DIAGNOSIS PROCEDURE: Patient’s spirit and appetite are good when she came.
Doctors did urgent test and relevant examinations for her and high blood
pressure and high blood fat were found. During the treatment procedure, doctors
adopt the following measures:
1. Micro-Chinese Medicine Osmotherapy to increase the blood stream volume and
expel toxin and repair the kidney tissue.
2. Symptomatic treatment:
1) Candesartan tablets: 8mg per time, one time per day. (Self prepare), but
the blood pressure does not control very well, which is about 150/100mmHg and
then give her Amlodipine Besylate Tablet 5mg per time, once per evening. Blood
pressure is controlled very well, which is 120/80mmHg.
2) Lipitor 10mg per time, once per evening (Self prepare) for blood fat.
3) Levothyrocine 88ug per time, once per morning for hypothyroidism.
4) Decoction of Chinese herb 150ml per time, twice per day to decrease the
cystic pressure and reduce cysts.
5) Give acupuncture and massage once per time because stroke sequela. After
one month treatment the flexibility of left side and myodynamia are obvious
better.
DISCHARGE CONDITION: The patient’s spirit and appetite are good after
treatment and disease condition is better. Left and right leg asymmetric; the
