Blood biochemistry: Scr, 94umol/l; BUN, 8.7mmol/l; Uric, 355umol/l;BMG, 2.56mg/l; K, 4.0mmol/l; Ca, 2.24mmol/l; CO, 220.9mmol/l; 24UPR, 0.16/24h; TPO-Ab, 198.50kIU/L. ECG shows normal. Chest radiograph shows: thorax is not symmetry; lungs clear; heart border is a little bigger. UCG shows: the structure and blood stream are normal. Bilateral kidneys ultrasound shows: RK233*98mm，LK209*97mm. There are many cysts in kidney. The biggest in right kidney is 53*43mm and left kidney is 33*36mm. abdomen ultrasound shows: PKD with kidney stone. Thyroid color ultrasound shows: Thyroid has capsule and substance lesions.

ADMITTING DIAGNOSIS: PKD; chronic renal insufficiency in compensatory period; high blood pressure III; brain aneurysms postoperative; atroke sequela; autoimmune thyroiditis; thyroid function decline.
